These terms apply to Ferroe Client and the services offered through ferroeclient.org. By purchasing a license, redeeming a key, downloading the client, or launching the software, you agree to the rules below. If you disagree, do not install or use Ferroe Client.

Using Ferroe Client

Ferroe Client is licensed software — not sold. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to run the client for your own use. That grant does not give you ownership of the codebase, branding, or any part of the project.

Your account & license

Access is managed through your Discord-linked dashboard. Each license is bound to the first machine that successfully launches the client (HWID lock). Keep your login and license key private. Sharing access, reselling keys, or attempting to use one license across multiple users is grounds for revocation without refund.

Intellectual property

All Ferroe Client code, visuals, and related assets remain the property of the development team. You may not rebrand, repackage, or distribute modified builds as official Ferroe releases.

Purchases & refunds

Checkout is processed through Sellauth. Because delivery is digital and access begins immediately after a valid purchase or redemption, all sales are final. Chargebacks or disputes filed against legitimate transactions may result in permanent license removal.

Privacy & licensing data

To keep licensing secure, Ferroe Client may process basic technical information such as session activity, device-related identifiers, and general system details. This data is used to operate authentication and protect against abuse — it is not sold to third parties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the client source. You may not leak personalized downloads, bypass HWID or auth checks, or use Ferroe Client in ways that violate applicable law or harm other users.

Detection & module status

Module detection labels on our website reflect current testing and may change without notice. Ferroe Client makes no promise that any feature will stay undetected on any server. You are responsible for deciding what to enable and for any consequences on the servers you play.

Availability disclaimer

Ferroe Client is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with every launcher, mod, or multiplayer environment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ferroe Client and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including game bans, account restrictions, corrupted saves, or hardware issues — arising from your use of the software.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if fraud is suspected, or if the service is abused. When a license is revoked for cause, you must stop using the client and remove local copies. No refund is owed for terminations resulting from violations.

Changes to these terms

We may revise this page as the product or legal requirements evolve. The date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use Ferroe Client after an update means you accept the revised terms.
